Review legislation to better protect employed people with health conditions

Thousands of employed people across the UK face financial and job security issues due to period of sickness and long-term health conditions.
It is not currently mandatory for employers to provide sickness pay for those who are forced to miss work due to periods of ill health and also face job loss

Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We understand that you would like better protection for employed people with health conditions, but are not sure what protection you would like.
