Petition · past parliament
Require shops to keep their doors closed to help reduce climate change.

What the petition asks
The amount of shops that leave their doors open, even in winter, letting the heat in the store out onto the street is extraordinary. In Wimborne, Dorset today I found 4 shops (Seasalt, White Stuff, Holland & Barrett and Fatface) all with their doors open and heating being blown straight outside.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This would be the responsibility of the shops concerned and not the UK Government and Parliament.
