Introduce legislation to make fireworks silent for animal protection

What the petition asks

Animals can become extremely distressed & confused by the loud noises of fireworks. Household pets & livestock both can suffer from confusion, hearing impairment/damage with some animals even dieing because of the extreme stress. Other countries are doing this so why can’t we?

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Change the laws for fireworks only to use silent fireworks.
