What the petition asks
The current Sexual Offences Act 2003 is gender-bias as the law only legally recognises sexual offences committed by males as rape. This neglects those (males and females) who have been have been sexually assaulted by females.
I propose the following changes to the legislation
Rape
1) A person (A) commits an offence if—
(a) A intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with any part of person's (A) body,
(b) A intentionally penetrates their own vagina, anus or mouth with another person’s (B) body,
(c) B does not consent to the penetration, and
(d)A does not reasonably believe that B consents.
