What the petition asks

It's becoming more common for elderly drivers to be involved in RTAs.
I think elderly drivers should have to sit an assessment drive with a professional instructor to make sure they are safe to drive on the roads.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Require drivers over the age of 65 to retake their driving test
