Make online retailers disclose the courier company that they use on website

What the petition asks
With a varying degree of service provided by differing courier companies and not knowing which company will be (or not) delivering your goods, it should be compulsory for all online retailers to disclose which company they are using, prior to checkout on the website.
Knowing which courier company has been engaged stops the lottery of will they or won't they deliver. In rural areas we know which companies are reliable and which ones don't bother at all, however, when we order we are then subject to the lottery of will goods turn up or not. This will ensure that we can have an informed choice as to whether to proceed with the purchase or not before committing to it.
