Petition · past parliament

Remove Teresa May from parliament, by public vote.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Teresa May has gone against a democratic vote and her people, therefore we demand her removal from office.
Teresa May has completed her task of creating a Brexit which leaves Britain under the power of the EU.
This is not what the people voted for, we voted for complete seperation from Europe.
We demand Teresa May's position as Prime Minister of Britian be terminated.

Why it was rejected

It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.

We can't accept petitions about appointments, which includes calling for Ministers, including the Prime Minister, to be sacked or for a vote of no confidence.

If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or the House of Commons, you could start a petition about that.
Petitions calling for action on policy are more likely to be an effective way of achieving the change you want.
