Change the waiting music on Universal Credit phone line -It's 'Sound Torture'

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

'Sound Torture' is very real and even the C.I.A has banned it as a torture technique. Change the waiting music on Universal Credit/Jobseeker phone line to i.e "Bob Marley- don't worry about a thing" and vary it. It is literally 'Sound Torture' and torture is illegal. It's time to change the tune.

Same small sample of a classical tune played on repeat agin and again and again for up to an hour at a time/every time for decades it's madness. Enough is enough, its a distressing time anyway if you have to ring that number -don't make it any worse and literally effects metal health and sends people mad.
