What the petition asks
"It will no longer be the case that EU nationals, regardless of the skills or experience they have to offer, can jump the queue ahead of engineers from Sydney or software developers from Delhi".
PM, please explain why this derogatory remark does not play into the hands of stirring hatred.
PM, please explain why this derogatory remark does not play into the hands of stirring hatred.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This would be a personal decision for the Prime Minister, not the responsibility of the UK Government and Parliament as a whole.
