What the petition asks
For over the last years I have not claimed on my insurance and that is a lot of money that I could have saved. It will also encourage people to drive safely so they can reward themselve with a partial refund.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because this would be a decision for car insurers and not the UK Government or Parliament.
