I wish the new Dog law to go back to parliament to be reconsidered

What the petition asks
The new licensing law to sell puppies has hit very hard on the breeders that actually care for the breed and only doing the one to two litters a year these people should not be included in the new licensing law.
Loads of breeders are complaining asking I wish there was a petition we could sign so having a go at doing one
