young driver (17-24 year olds) insurance should be reviewed, it is not fair!

most young drivers want to drive. not only for freedom but for work and also education. we are the lowest earning group but pay the most, a lot of young drivers after a year of driving are just as compentent on the road as anyone else, the government need to here our plead, its too much
