The referendum held in 2016 was lawful and should / must be carried out as per the result
The question was leave the EEC or Stay and vote for leave was the greater therefor the sovereign people of the whole of the United kingdoms votes must stand the people and only the sovereign people are able to make that decision not government not EEC.
