What the petition asks

Indefinite awards should mean that people can change over to PIP without having the assessments and all the paperwork
Saving time money and stress
Indefinite awards should mean that people can change over to PIP without having the assessments and all the paperwork
Saving time money and stress
When we were awarded indefinite awards DLA claims we had to go through the assessments process and it all took time.
DLA definite awards should mean that claimants should be able to change over to PIP without all the assessments
Many disabled people are being denied PIP, Most of them have indefinite DLA awards
Its not fair and discriminates people rights to claim and they have to appeal before the claims are getting through.
Cut out all the waiting and assessments will save time and money.
