Strip Northern rail of their franchise

What the petition asks

Arriva/Northern Rail have been failing passengers for years. 2018 has seen a marked decline in services. They refuse to deal with complaints and actively lie about the reasons for cancellations or delays, nothing but contempt for passengers. They are not capable of running a railway.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

Remove Arriva of their contract for disruptions to people and the economy
