What the petition asks
April 2019 will mark 100 Years since the bloody Vaisakhi of 1919 when a massacre was carried against the people of Punjab in which several hundreds at least lost their lives. We must never forget the tyranny of the 'Butcher of Amritsar' General Reginald Dyer.
