Clamp down on those parking in disabled bays in supermarkets without blue badges

What the petition asks
Every time I go to a supermarket or other places with a private car park disabled bays are full of cars without blue badges, despite warnings of fines. My son is a wheelchair user and has the same problem. Bradford council give instant tickets on their land.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because this would be the responsibility of the car park operator and not the UK Government or Parliament.
