What the petition asks
At 16 years of age, legally, you can join the armed forces, play the lottery, have children, get married (with parental consent), work and get taxed for said work - so why shouldn't a working 16 year old have a say in where their money goes?
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
