What the petition asks
United Kingdom should grant all EEA and EU nationals who have been residing in UK lawfuly for over 5 years automatic indefinite right to stay in UK post Brexit.
Guarantee should be given that they will be treated equaly to British Citiziens after UK leaves EU in accordance to 2010 Equality Act.

This should happen automatically without having to apply for the Settled Status. Especially for people who are currently holding Permanent Residency Cards or other documents that are granting them right to reside in UK permamently.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
