Introduce a 20% tax on any body that proposes new taxes on the public.

Again some group or other thinks for our own good we should get another tax on our lives.
Not a month goes by without some think tank, university research body, pressure group etc suggesting taxing our behaviour.
A 20% tax on gross income of these bodies would make them think more creatively.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

Taxation isn't based on individuals' or organisations' views, so we're not exactly sure what you'd like to happen.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
