Statutory financial independent checks on all mps.

What the petition asks
All members of the Houses of Parliament should have no problem being checked for financial conflicts of interest or in proprietary acts.
Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
The House of Commons has a Code of Conduct for MPs. MPs are already required to register and declare financial interests, and to avoid conflicts of interest, so we're not sure exactly what further action you'd like to see.
