The introduction of a phone to North Bridge in Halifax.

What the petition asks
The addition of a phone to North Bridge in Halifax so that someone who wants to end there own life can pick it up and talk to someone.
In the last few months of 2018 there have been a few events in which members of the public have taken there own life in around North Bridge Leisure centre and due to the Bridge being a grade B building it cannot be modified to prevent this. I have come up with what I believe to be an alternative to this.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
