Free dental treatment for steroid-dependant patients

What the petition asks
Steroid-dependant patients need an exemption from paying for dental treatment. Addison’s disease sufferers are steroid dependant, which damages teeth and bones. We have no choice, it is just like a diabetic needing insulin, yet we have to pay dental costs and they don't.
More information is available at the Addison’s Support Group at www.addisons.org.uk
The British Dental Association will confirm steroids do cause damage to your teeth.
It also affects our bones. Many of us suffer from osteoporosis too.
