Remove John Bercow as speaker of the House of Commons
Rejected
11 signatures
What the petition asks
I feel that after his over ruling in the house of commons, he over stepped his roll as speaker and moved towards a more bias stance to enable the UK to remain in the EU. It is not his place to over rule the rules of the house, he is not first minister of this country.
John Bercow's prejudices are wrecking fair Brexit votes and have cost him MP's trust
Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
The resignation of an MP, including the Speaker, would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
