Legislate the recycling of garden plastic pots for new Taupe coloured pots 2019

What the petition asks
Garden centres and retailers have worked together with producers and growers to create a new recyclable plant pot which will be coloured taupe for identification (most current black/brown pots are not recyclable) however 87% of local authorities are not accepting this new taupe coloured pot.
