What the petition asks
Further to the article “Dyslexia no longer being diagnosed by councils who called Dyslexia ‘scientifically questionable’ .” in the Daily Telegraph on 11/01/2018, I call on the councils named in the article; Warwickshire and Staffordshire to publicly apologise and continue to diagnose Dyslexia.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This would the responsibility of the local authorities concerned and not the UK Government or Parliament.

You could start a new petition calling on the UK Government to issue national guidance on the diagnosis of dyslexia if that is something you would like to see happen.
