Crack down on dog snatching. deliver the same sentence as child abduction

I have spent the last few days on Facebook looking at all the missing dogs that have been snatched and it is discusseding, in my eyes if you can snatch a dog you can snatch a child! and to some there children are there dogs it should be treated the same as kidnapping.

There is no single sentence for child abduction. This is decided by the court.

You could start a new petition asking for dog theft to be a specific crime and setting out the lowest sentence you would like given if that's something you would like to happen.
