Make parking free for students on campus grounds during working hours

What the petition asks
Due to the expensive costs of student accommodation, many students choose to commute to university/college on a daily basis. At the majority of these institutions, parking is either unavailable or expensive for students.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We cannot accept petitions about matters which are not the responsibility of Government or Parliament. This would be the responsibility of the University.
