Require Parliament’s agreement to prorogation

What the petition asks
Proposals have been put forward to close/ prorogue Parliament to prevent it from holding the government to account and expressing parliament’s will in relation to Brexit. Parliament should change the law to prevent this.
Such an action can be considered an attempt to suspend parliamentary sovereignty and in effect a temporary suspension of Parliamentary Democracy in the United Kingdom.
I believe this is likely to have a grave impact on our constitution and should therefore be urgently considered by parliament.
