Ensure that SEN funding is fair for all pupils.

What the petition asks
There are 1000's of children today not getting a fair deal because of the way that SEND is funded in our schools. Parents and schools are having to work far too hard to get funding to enable schools to meet the often complex needs of our SEND children.
The Government need to ensure that SEND funding is distributed fairly and that this matches the actual need of the child. Funding should be provided quickly and parents must be reassured that they can truly choose the best school for they child. No school should be in a position where they might turn down an SEN child because of funding issues.
