I'm asking about full exclusion for motorcycles and moppeds from ULEZ standards.

What the petition asks

As one of motorcycle road users I see many good points in Ultra Low Emission Zone. Reducing diesels is good but ULEZ standards hit huge range of:
- already two-wheel vehicle users;
- new motorcyclists - who's changing car for motorcycle from ULEZ reason

This will reduce to carry 4 empty seats by many drivers in ULEZ area to maximum one carried by a rider.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because the standards set for an ULEZ are the responsiblity of your local council or Mayor and not the UK Government or Parliament.
