Use £39bn to help prevent UK tax payers from dying waiting for NHS help.

Use the £39bn EU payment to improve our NHS. Prevent long standing UK tax payers from waiting to live or die on waiting lists with life threatening illness and introduce a law where limited tax contribution would result in mandatory health insurance contribution in order to receive care.
