Stop Atos taking taxpayer's money, due to evidence of negligent assessments.

Atos are a French IT company, who are deemed fit to be one of 3 providers of PIP assessments. I am an ex-assessor, with evidence to show almost daily failures in procedure and assessment techniques. Frank Field accepted a story last year that incentives were a one off. Again i can disprove this.
