Change the English national anthem to Jerusalem.

What the petition asks
Because the monarchy is old fashioned and we need a liberal approach. Also, the references towards England are influential and aspiring to many.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
The use of the present National Anthem is a matter of tradition rather than having any legal or constitutional status.
