Do not write off unpaid Child Support Agency child maintenance payments

What the petition asks
Non-resident parents who have for years refused to pay child maintenance arranged through the Child Support Agency should be made to pay what is owed. Arrears should not be written off.
I want every single person out there who thinks writing off arrears is wrong to sign my petition, why should they get away with not paying for their children.
