Petition · past parliament

Make it compulsory for same-sex health to be taught in schools.

Rejected 16 signatures

What the petition asks

Schools teach about heterosexual relationships in school but not the health of homosexual relationships. This would help for safer relationships and sexual activities having a lasting impact on their lives for the better. Specifically sexual and mental health.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

We can't accept your petition because we aren't sure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.

You could start a new petition calling on the UK Government to explicitly require sexual and mental health in same-sex relationships to be part of relationships and sex education if that's something you would like to see happen.
