to make rules over clothing in sixthform an offence and obstruction to learning
Rejected

What the petition asks
Our sixthform is currently trying to change the clothing even though we have never had a uniform in sixthform before and they demand we pay for expensive business wear we won’t use in the future as most jobs do not require suits in this day and age
We believe that our school should focus more on our learning than uniform and clothes as it distracts us from our work and stresses us about how we can afford it and how we have no freedom any more as they are treating us like we are still in high school when in reality we are young adults trying to gain A levels to achieve our future which would include uni( no uniform required) or an apprenticeship where you don’t always have to wear uniform or over creative jobs where relaxed clothes is incouraged
