What the petition asks

Children and young Adults with physical and learning disabilities are being let down by the ongoing cuts to funding and the catastrophic mess that EHCPs are currently in. Many are effectively being excluded by failure of provision from having an education and this has to stop !

Review of the Ofsted and CQC inspections and tribunal challenges evidences what's going on but there is a lack of proper scoping exercises to appreciate the full extent of the issue. This needs to be urgently addressed.
