Reinstate the death penalty for the most evil criminals

What the petition asks

Upon leaving the EU and no longer being constrained by their soft ideology, the UK should immediately reinstate capital punishment for the most serious offenses -- like terrorism and mass murder -- and those previously convicted of these crimes should have their sentences reviewed in line with this.
