Reinstate capital punishment for the worst offences

What the petition asks

Terrorism, fighting for ISIS, murder, piracy and other offences should be subject to the death penalty as many of these offenders commit the same crimes again if they were given the death penalty they would never reoffend.
The death penalty was abolished before DNA evidence and other methods of proving guilt in court beyond all doubt.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
