What the petition asks

"Paganism" used as term to also include Druidism and Wiccan's.
It is said Paganism is the only religion the western hemisphere has offered the world. So why is it that our religion is less valid than others? Our religion teaches peace, harmony and respect for others, the earth and much more.
We collectively want our religious rights recognised.

So we can rightfully celebrate our Sabbats, have them recognised by employers and the government.

So we do not have to pay to pray in our religious sites such as Stonehenge or other country parks on Sabbats.

The right to have access to have our religious paraphernalia, including athame (these are never used in defense nor to harm

To express religious freedoms, This includes hand-fastening, naming ceremonies and other ceremonies alike.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions have to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We are not sure what you mean by "an officially recognised religion". There is no list of "official religions" kept by the Government.

You could start a new petition clearly setting out the action you would like to see happen.
