Those serving HM forces should not be tried for war crimes if following orders
Rejected

What the petition asks
There have been several high profile cases of those serving in Her Majesty's forces being charged and tried for war crimes just for following orders. This should not happen.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the decision to prosecute someone for war crimes would be one for the International Criminal Court and not the UK Government or Parliament.
