What the petition asks
The rules needs to be changed so that if any MPs/Councillors resigns/sacked from their current political party they were elected under in which they have campaigned, then they should be required to call a by-election within 3 months and stand as an independent or for another party they require.
Majority of the people tends to vote for the Political parties rather than the individual candidate.
It is only fair that that a by-election takes place so the constituency of the affected area have the right to choose MPs or Councillors or the political party that they want to represent them.
