Force MPs who resign from their Party mid-term to face an immediate By-Election
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
We're seeing Labour & Tory MPs resign to avoid the 'whip' and stand as independents. As their constituents no longer have 'what they voted for' and 'the reality has changed', those MPs should be obliged to check via a by-election that they, as individuals, have their constituents' continued support.
