Resigning MP’s to vacate their seats or face an immediate by-election.

What the petition asks
Recently, 8 Labour and 3 Conservative MP’s have resigned from their party because they can’t get their own way in the Brexit process and have decided to pursue their own selfish agendas, instead of supporting their party’s own election manifesto promises.
Resignations of convenience by these MP’s, who are completely ignoring their constituents wishes and the reasons they were originally elected, must resign their seats.
I’m calling on Parliament to force those resigning MP’s to face a by-election in their constituencies should they refuse to resign their seats.
