Bring back treason for people returning from joining isis or any terrorist group

Only 40 out of 360 returning jihadis have faced prosecution! The only way to stop these people finding a loophole to return must be to try them under treason law, specifying that it is an act of treason to support or join any group that attacks our county or our armed forces.

We can't accept your petition because the law on treason has not been repealed, although it has not been used since the early twentieth century. We are therefore unsure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
