What the petition asks
After the exit of 11 MPs (to date) to a new independent party we believe that anyone who sits an election under a party and their policies should legally have to call a by-election to see if they still represent the views of their constituents!
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
