Demand the 'Independant group' contest by-elections.

What the petition asks
The newly formed 'Independant group' should be ordered to contest by-elections to let the electorate decide whether they want to be represented by the party they voted for or the candidates. It seems grossly unfair that a party can form and have 11+ seats without contesting any form of election.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
