Give harlow riders a place to ride and wheelie

Teenagers in harlow are constantly getting stopped,arrested or warned for wheeling in roads or public places, if the council give us a place to ride,it will reduce the number of us wheeling in roads. Wheeling is a sport and we have no where to practise our sport.We are not trying to hurt anyone.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. You could raise your issue with a local councillor, who represents you.
