What the petition asks
Teenagers in harlow are constantly getting stopped, arrested or warned for wheeling in roads or public places, if the council give us a place to ride,it will reduce the number of us wheeling in roads. Wheeling is a sport and we have no where to practise our sport. We are not trying to hurt anyone.
