A bill to force MPs to call an immediate by-election if they leave their party.

What the petition asks
Law should be made to force immediate by-elections in those affected constituencies where an MP has left it’s party as they no-longer represent what the people voted for. This would be a solution to stop vote stealing, and unelected bodies or groups having a place or a voice in parliament.
In the light of the recent MP defects from both labour and conservatives, forming their own unelected Independent group.
